Also, there are no fees or late charges, while payments are always flexible to suit your own budget. We recommend payments be made by direct deposit for your convenience and to further reduce your bank fees.
Most importantly, all your Layby payments are protected at all times by Australia's Travel Compensation Fund.
Your cruise specialist is an expert on layby plans and can answer all your questions! Australian cruise/travel agencies are required to display their physical office address which consumers can view and verify in Google Maps.
If you can't find it on their website and communications, then chances are they hiding something from you.
At best they are a backyard operation with limited resources, difficult to track down when things go wrong.
Consumers are warned to stay away from any booking agency that doesn't display their business address - it's just not worth the risk!

Silversea Cruises 2013-2014 research starts here!
Discover their best daily deals, plus research your cruise with Cruise Maps, Virtual Tours, Deck Plans, Cabin Images, Port Reviews and more. View their complete calendar for 6 ships with 133 cruises from $247 per day!Silversea Cruises operates six luxury cruise ships that sail itineraries around the world. A seventh vessel, Silver Galapagos, joins the fleet in September 2013. Itineraries promote overnight stays and late departures at ‘hallmark’ ports, allowing more time to sight-see and dine ashore. And all inclusive fares mean no drive for on-board revenue. Their smaller ships offer highly personalised onboard service, and a life-enriching travel experience to rarely-seen harbours. The onboard atmosphere is that of Italian elegance, as spacious as a fine hotel, as warm and inviting as a gracious home. The crew-to-guest ratio is nearly one to one, and the staff is trained by The Leading Hotel Schools of the World. All-suite ocean-view accommodation is large (over 85% come with private verandas), with a well-stocked beverage cabinet. Silversea provides an option called Personalized Voyages that allows guests to choose their own embarkation and disembarkation ports, thus creating their own voyages.
Silversea caters to the discerning traveller’s search for unique destinations, visiting more than 350 ports of call in over 120 countries. In 2013 the Line visits 32 new destinations. It serves the highest number of locations per ship of any luxury cruise line. All ships feature teak verandas, all-inclusive beverages, gratuities, and choice of in-suite or open-seating dining. Savour international cuisine and fine wines in three venues, or casual fare at the Pool Grill. Onboard entertainment includes production shows, classical concerts, folkloric performances, and lectures by experts and destination specialists. Dancing partners are available for solo guests. Onshore transport is complimentary to the heart of ports of call, as is, on most voyages, a special shoreside event. Silversea has been voted "World's Best" by the readers of Condé Nast Traveler (US and UK, nine times) and Travel & Leisure (seven times), and “Best Luxury Cruise Line” by Luxury Travel & Style Magazine (2005-2011).
