Also, there are no fees or late charges, while payments are always flexible to suit your own budget. We recommend payments be made by direct deposit for your convenience and to further reduce your bank fees.
Most importantly, all your Layby payments are protected at all times by Australia's Travel Compensation Fund.
Your cruise specialist is an expert on layby plans and can answer all your questions! Australian cruise/travel agencies are required to display their physical office address which consumers can view and verify in Google Maps.
If you can't find it on their website and communications, then chances are they hiding something from you.
At best they are a backyard operation with limited resources, difficult to track down when things go wrong.
Consumers are warned to stay away from any booking agency that doesn't display their business address - it's just not worth the risk!

View their complete calendar for 7 ships with 445 cruises from $83 per day!The oldest cruise line in the world, British/American-owned P&O Cruises is based in Southampton, England. The line’s seven vessels provide all the trimmings that British passengers have come to expect. For most of the year cruises depart from Southampton, and are of 14 nights in duration. But cruises range from two nights to three months. In January each year three vessels embark on grand cruises that variously include the Americas, Far East, Australia and Pacific Ocean. Ventura, Arcadia and Oceana are contemporary and innovative, and focus on the first-time younger crowd as well as attracting seasoned cruisers. Aurora and Oriana offer a more traditional cruise experience. The Arcadia and Oriana are child-free ships.
P&O ships offer an expanding range of destinations: 270 ports in 90 countries. Passengers cruising on Ventura, Arcadia and Oceana can elect for traditional set seating or choose where to eat and when. Aurora and Oriana offer set seating. Aurora and Oceana also have two speciality restaurants each. As the ships sail from the U.K. for much of the year, the weather can be tricky. Ventura, Aurora, Arcadia and Oriana each have a swimming pool with a sliding glass roof. The pools on Oceana is open to the elements. The ships are known for carrying ballroom instructors. The fleet flies the British flag, but ships are registered in Bermuda to allow for weddings at sea. The passenger mix varies with the ship and length of cruise: but all are British.
