Mark started in the travel industry more then 15 years ago as a front line travel agent in Australia with 2 of those years spent in Canada as well. From there, he moved into the corporate space for 7 years and then into selling cruises for the past 5. Mark finds cruising the most enjoyable and rewarding of all his previous experience as he enjoys helping clients plan their wonderful cruise holidays and then hearing about their experience upon their return.
What is your favourite cruise destination you visited & why?
Alaska - From the surreal scenery to the cute wildlife all while sailing with a premium cruise line makes the whole experience a very memorable one.
What is your favourite cruise ship & why?
Royal Caribbean's Ovation of the Seas - They have the most innovative ships and the most activities to do on board from the most adventurous to the more easy going passengers. Their food is great and the production shows are without a doubt the best in the industry.
Favourite cruise tip you give your clients
Make sure you take advantage of the shore excursions as it is a great way to see what that city has to offer and immerse yourself in the production shows on board.
