Ben's love of cruising started 20 years ago when he first worked on board ships. He has been lucky enough to have worked all over the world on ships from the South Pacific and New Zealand to the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Norway and a world voyage that spanned 80 days. Ben loves sharing his experiences and finding out the type of experience the customer is after, whether it's a 3-night sampler cruise or 110-night world voyage. What is your favourite cruise destination you visited & why?
Norway - The closest destination to where you actually feel like you are in a postcard. The colours of the glaciers, the amazing waterfalls as you cruise up the Fjords, the snow capped mountains and lakes that look like mirrors, as the water is so clean and clear.
What is your favourite cruise ship & why?
Azamara Journey - From the immersive itineraries to the longer stays in port, to the amazing food and service that goes with it. The relaxed atmosphere onboard due to be a small ship made it a very easy to relax and enjoy time onboard.
